When will my order be processed?
All orders are handmade by our Pancrush chef. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and peak seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and will be shipped the next day after the processing day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days to process your orders. Delivery is made in Playas de Tijauna, Mexico. Deliveries outside beaches would be Centro, Zona Río, Cacho and its surroundings for the moment with an additional cost of $50.00 MXN. When purchasing 3 large or entire products from our catalog, as well as with individual products from 3 dozen, delivery is free
Will I be taxed?
The prices shown on our site include taxes in Mexican pesos, which means that you do not need to pay additional amounts once you receive your order.
