Returns
Our policy lasts 1 day. If it has been 1 day since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Do not send your purchase back to Pancrush, instead contact Pancrush directly on their WhatsApp number.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and will be applied in cash in case the product is not properly prepared/cooked.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at cortsedgar@gmail.com to request to start the process.
Shipment
Before returning your product, contact Pancrush via WhatsApp to argue the need for a refund and proceed with it.
Depending on where you live, the time Pancrush assists in refunding the product may vary.
